VT-SOFT’s majority owner TETA S.A. announced in a press release on the 9th of August that they became under the ownership of UNIT4 who is one of the largest financial software developer and provider companies on the market.

The Dutch multinational submitted its official intention to buy TETA S.A. in May which was found reasonable by the shareholders of TETA. The total financial process ended by the beginning of August. UNIT4 became the 100% owner of TETA S.A.
