The global outsourcing and offshoring market witnessed steady growth during Q1-2011 after significant activity during the second half of 2010. The BPO segment re-emerged with transaction volumes reaching a 3-year high while transaction volumes in IT services reduced compared to previous quarters. Captive set-ups continued at a steady pace with increased adoption in newer industry verticals such as manufacturing, healthcare, and telecom.

The socio-political crises in the Middle East and Northern Africa impacted location activity as fewer delivery centers were set up in Asia, Eastern Europe, and Africa compared to previous quarters. The notable exceptions were Latin America, where activity remained buoyant, and other relatively nascent locations, such as Uruguay, that also reported offshore activity.

Join us for an informative one-hour webinar as our team of industry experts provide an overview of key trends in the outsourcing and offshoring market and highlight Everest Group’s insights on what these changes mean for buyers and providers moving forward.

Don’t Miss Special Feature! In addition to examining major market influences and events, this webinar will also feature a special section on the offshore services market in Brazil. The country has witnessed a steady interest from buyers and service providers for global services owing to factors such as a large domestic market, similar time zone to North America, cultural affinity with Europe and North America, and availability of talent pool with distinctive strengths in IT domain skills.

The webinar will cover:

  • Outsourcing trends in Q1-2011 with a special focus on Brazil
  • Perspectives from market participants
  • Change in locations in Eastern Europe between 2010 and 2011
  • Overview of the 20 leading service providers
