

Winner Automotive is a leading car dealership in the Ukraine and official reseller of Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and Porsche vehicles. Due to the current extremely challenging and competitive market situation, Winner required a new transparent and easy to use CRM system that would optimize and standardize sales and marketing processes.
With S&T Ukraine as implementation partner, and after thorough research of the functionalities of the solutions available in the Ukrainian IT market, Microsoft Dynamics CRM was chosen as the most appropriate solution. Next, a step-by-step description of the sales and workflow processes was developed upon which the S&T experts could base the implementation for each sales unit.

S&T also implemented and updated other IT services in conjunction with the CRM project. These included a corporate mailing system, a data storage system, a centralized back-up and restore service for the CRM system, an update of the database management and a secure remote access system based on Microsoft ISA Server. About 50 corporate users from 6 different units now use the CRM system. More than 14,000 records logging previous contacts with clients were imported into the CRM system from the old applications. The S&T project for Winner Automotive is the first ever implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the Ukrainian automotive industry.
