Mobile operator Tele2 Estonia to build backbone network for SEB

Mobile operator Tele2 Estonia will deploy a 2,100 km, 10 GB capacity data transmission line for the SEB banking group, present in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The new line will provide SEB branches in all three countries with a safe connection.

The new system will enable the SEB group to improve the use of human resources in the three states.

The operator will inter-connect three server centres in the three Baltic States.

Works started in April and is scheduled to complete at the end of June.
