The activities of UAB Hostex will be taken over by UAB Baltic Data Center (BDC)
In order to simplify the governance of Teo Group companies and ensure better quality of services, from 4th December 2015 IT and communications company Teo will merge UAB Hostex, which is a subsidiary of UAB Baltic Data Center (BDC), and its dormant subsidiary UAB Hosting into UAB Baltic Data Center.
The merger of Hostex and Hosting, the companies providing domain registration, web hosting and dedicated server services, into BDC is a formal step in fully integrating the activities of these companies of Teo Group.
