TotalSoft SA, a Platinum level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) and a leading supplier of project management solutions and services in Romania , announced that it has achieved First Level Support Service Status for Oracle’s Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) for the third consecutive year. This status is given to Oracle partners who provide high quality service and offer certified technical knowledge.
The First Level Support Status for Oracle’s Primavera EPPM attests the value of technical support offered by TotalSoft SA respecting the Oracle standards regarding the certification of the team in the latest versions of the product, coverage of the entire territory of Romania through a special center, providing telephone support 24 / 7, tracking incidents and service requests by means of a dedicated and high quality system and hardware infrastructure. Beyond these technical certifications, providing project management solutions and services to an impressive portfolio of clients was essential in the acquisition of the necessary experience required for this status.
