The Awards Gala took place on March 18th at the Marriot Hotel in Bucharest, Romania, as part of the 13th edition of Customer Care Conference & Expo. This year’s event rewarded top Romanian and global service providers for their outstanding results and innovative business strategy and vision.
Conectys is delighted to be recognised for the second time as the Best Medium Call Center after its successful debut with the Romanian Contact Center Awards in 2014. Conectys was distinguished for its leadership in the region and globally, which resulted not only in a double-digit growth in revenue, headcount and seat growth throughout 2015, but also with the development of new innovative employee procedures and engagement programs.
The company also differentiated through its relentless focus on transforming the outsourcing industry and Customer Experience strategies from their legacy “black box” configuration to a collaborative and open Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) paradigm.
