Ukraine’s leading online developer community DOU.UA recently posted its Best IT Employers 2015 ranking, which includes more than 600 Ukrainian companies that provide software development and outsourcing services, reviewed by almost 10 thousand IT professionals. We’re happy to announce that Daxx is among Ukraine’s top 5 IT employers, with a total score of 94 out of 100.

The ranking was determined by seven criteria: professional development, working conditions, management, professional recognition, communication with executives, compensation / bonus satisfaction, and work relationships.

DOU.UA also revealed how Ukrainian IT companies rank in different cities, and in Kharkiv Daxx ranked number three among 75 companies.

The DOU.UA IT companies ranking is based on anonymous reviews submitted by developers through LinkedIn. The rankings are updated throughout the year as new reviews are added, and at the end of each year DOU.UA releases an annual report on the best IT employers.

The goal of the rankings is to help developers find the most attractive employers, and to provide companies with valuable insights into the attitudes and goals of their staff.
