Shortly after inaugurating its office in Oradea, Fortech launches a new delivery center in Iasi. Located in the North-Eastern part of Romania, Iasi is a prestigious university center and one of the largest cities in Romania.

The expansion is part of Fortech’s consolidation strategy, announced at the end of the last year. The team is accommodated in a rented space, located in the Palas Business Complex.

“Our story stretches back over a decade. All throughout this time we were given various growth options but we choose the path of entrepreneurship, every time. It gives us the flexibility to grow the business as we wish.

Expanding our operations in multiple geographic locations comes as part of our consolidation strategy. In the previous years we have accumulated a lot technically and business wise, we have refined our internal processes and collaboration models. These allows us today to approach new markets in order to build capacity for our clients’ needs”,

said Calin Vaduva, Fortech’s CEO.

At the time of its official launch, the technical team from Iasi counts 20 mid-senior level programmers with expertise in Java, .NET and C ++, QA and project management.

“Our initiative in Iasi started as an extension of our team in Cluj. We seek to build in Iasi a professional technical team that will be able to undertake, from start to completion, important project modules”,

The company registered an accelerated growth rate in the last years, exceeding the number of 550 employees and collaborators.
