SMT Software S.A. in the consortium with their subsidiary company iAlbatros S.A. has won their first hotel tender on the polish market, worth 2,74 mln PLN tender for 2-year hotel booking service for the Adam Mickiewicz Institute.

Tender was published by the Adam Mickewicz Institute with its seat in Warsaw – national culture institution, which objective is promotion of Polish culture and active participation in the international cultural exchange. SMT Software and iAlbatros offer was selected with the highest score in the price category, concerning the total cost of hotel bookings.

Project concerns agency hotel booking service on the basis of the dedicated phone Traveller Service Centre. Agreement will be signed for 2 years, and its estimated value amounts to 2 740 000 PLN. There is about 5000 planned bookings and hotel vacancies purchases, including single and group bookings. iAlbatros company will be responsible for providing accommodation for Adam Mickiewicz institute employees, in Poland and all over the world. Especially in the European Union countries as well as Turkey, Russia, China, Japan, South Korea and USA.

This is the second hotel tender this week, in which iAlbatros offer was selected. Recently company informed about won tender in France, for 3-year hotel booking service for CNRS scientific institution with the value of 15 M Euro, which is about 62 M PLN. In March this year, iAlbatros has signed, also through the public tender, the agreement with the French company INRA, conducting scientific researches in the agricultural area, for the estimated value of 2 M Euro per year.
