NewConnect listed IT company from Wrocław concluded a 5 years contract with a Cypriot company operating in financial – consulting industry.

As a part of the newly concluded agreement SMT Software will provide the client with a team of programmers whose task is to develop and maintain IT systems in cooperation with the client’s IT division. All developers will work remotely from SMT Software head office in Wrocław.

The contract was concluded for 5 years. Both sides are bound by a 6 months notice period. The board at SMT Software evaluates that total revenues from this agreement will amount to PLN 9 mil. in the 5 years period. It translates into PLN 1,8 mil. revenues per year and it shall have a significant influence on the entirety of SMT Software revenues in the following years.

The board emphasizes significance of the long term character of this agreement. It will provide the company with stable revenues for the next 5 years. This newly established cooperation is the latest addition to SMT Software long-term client base which already includes Microsoft, Deloitte and BRE Leasing.

SMT Software S.A. recently gained many foreign clients. iAlbatros, a system for online hotel booking and business travel management, was implemented in the French branch of Generali Group. Furthermore, iAlbatros S.A. – a subsidiary company of SMT Software – concluded an agreement with Atlantis Voyages, hotel bookings leader in Tunisia. In addition, SMT Software implemented SATIS, a system for GPS tracking in Lübecker Geldzentrale GmbH, a German company specialized in cash transports from and to trade centers. The SATIS system also gains recognition in French market. Recently it was implemented for Trace & Origin, a company that offers fleet management services to car rental agencies and fleet service companies.
