Founded by SoftServe and other leading Ukrainian software development companies in April, 2004, the IT Ukraine Association was created to promote competitive Ukrainian products at the global market level, unite the scientific, educational and industrial potential of Ukraine and provide the most favorable conditions for the Ukrainian IT industry’s further development.

Mr. Kytsmey has been with SoftServe since the early days of the company and plays a key role in corporate strategy development, as well as the human resources policies. Taras is a frequent speaker on panels related to the offshore software development industry and earlier this year was named as one of the three IT Top Executives of Ukraine.
