TotalSoft, the Romanian market leader in project management, will attend the event “Saudi Arabia Infrastructure Mega Projects”, which will take place from September 16 to 18 in Riyadh. The event is aimed at expanding TotalSoft’s presence in megaprojects delivered in the region; this strategy was initiated in 2010 by participating in the Jubail Refinery project.

The projects market in Saudi Arabia is the largest in the Middle East, valued at 66 billion USD in 2011, and projected to increase by 10% in 2012, up to 80 billion USD in 2013.The event aims to carefully analyze the market, in areas other than the predominant energy one.

During three days rail infrastructure, metro lines, airports, real estate development and construction, as well as water utilities and social infrastructure projects will be presented. The event provides an environment suitable for megaprojects leaders to meet and interact with experts in the construction industry and other related fields.

TotalSoft’s presentation “Best Practices in Project Execution and Delivery” focuses on the experience in delivering project management solutions in the construction industry and in particular in international megaprojects, with reference to the participation in the construction of Jubail refinery in Saudi Arabia, a project which is worth over 10 billion USD.
