The First Level Support Status for Oracle’s Primavera EPPM attests the value of technical support offered by TotalSoft SA respecting the Oracle standards regarding the certification of the team in the latest versions of the product, coverage of the entire territory of Romania through a special center, providing telephone support 24 / 7, tracking incidents and service requests by means of a dedicated and high quality system and hardware infrastructure.
