TotalSoft announces the successful completion of the implementation of Charisma platform at the largest health services private provider in the local market, namely Medlife. Recognized as the most powerful software solutions provider for the private healthcare market, TotalSoft succeeded to pass a medical business extremely complex, consisting of 9 hyperclinics, 8 laboratories, 6 hospitals, 3 maternity hospitals and 26 medical centers on a 100% Romanian software system.

The software platform provided by TotalSoft is based on several software components: Charisma Medical Software and Charisma ERP that integrates both medical and financial activities, and automates business workflows, as well as Charisma HCM that streamlines the HR & Payroll processes for 1,900 employees. Integrating all components into a single platform ensures a high level of performance, safety in use and enhanced data security.

The total turnover of the ten largest private players in the Romanian healthcare market amounted to 230 million euros last year. Over 55% of this value was achieved by the top three companies, namely MedlLife, Regina Maria and Medicover, all of them users of the systems developed by TotalSoft.
