Unicorn Systems has won a tender for document digitalization at Dopravoprojekt Ostrava a.s. The company specializes in designing the construction and reconstruction of motorways and roadways, as well as in designing city traffic systems, and solving issues in the areas of transport engineering and water management structures.

Unicorn System’s Document Management System, from the FlowArt product line, will be implemented within the scope of the project. This product is a solution for complex digitalization of several types of incoming documents.

These documents are currently processed in a paper form but, thanks to the FlowArt solution, they will be digitized immediately after receipt and any other further processing will take place in electronic form only.

The main benefit of the new solution will be the efficient digitization of documents, including their optimization and data mining for further processing in the information system. Document Management System will ensure a secure and permanent repository for the digitized documents and their correct workflow processing.
