Moldova telecommunications authority Anrceti published on its web page an official guide for providers on the provision of temporary mobile services to the benefit of participants of public manifestations and events.

The guide contains a set of recommendations which are meant to help providers avoid overloading situations and the blocking of networks as well as avoid other network dysfunctions.
